Saturdays Workout - Bandana Technique

Another great technique is displayed as Sandy's wonderful example on the above link.

Here is my 1st attempt at this technique but I certainly will have another go as it's such fun to try. I can't wait to view the other entries - always inspiring! I think it would have worked better with some extra yellow but didn't have any!

Dans ma maison il y a un arbre

This is an appropriate theme for me today as I am off to visit a local arboretum , hoping to take lots of great autunmal photos with my new digital SLR camera. The problem is that it's pouring with rain so I might just have to settle for creating more tree artwork instead!

Anyway I enjoyed putting my tree house together.

Haute Couture or just bizarre?

This is my entry for this weeks challenge on gothic arches. The theme is Haute couture. I did change the label to correct my little spelling error but haven't got time to rescan!

Tongue Twister

Bet you can't do this! People often comment about my dogs long tongue but I didn't realise quite how long it is until I took this photo and saw it spiralled right around! ( Click on the image for full size & you will see what I mean!!)

Gothic Arches Challenge - Turquoise

This is my turquoise entry for todays Gothic Arch Challenge.

I have used wax, clear embossing powder and the speckeldy effect is a splash of adirondack, over the embossing glaze which was dryed quickly with a heat gun.
